	Entry	Born May 25, 1872 : as a minor succeeded his father, the Maharaja Mahindra Singh, April 14, 1876 : a Council of Regency was established until he came to the gadi : for his active services with his Imperial Service troops in the Mohmand campaign of 1897 he was made G.C.S.I., in 1898 : he offered his services in the Transvaal : was devoted to sport of all kinds, including racing, polo, cricket : died of fever, Nov. 8, 1900.
