He had been loyally supported by his brothers, Jai Kishan Das and Mohan Lai : Jai Kishan was made Raja in 1860, given a khilat and lands assessed on favourable terms : he served for several years as a Deputy Collector : Fellow of the Allahabad University : C.S.I, in 1870 : active supporter of the Countess of Dufferin's Fund : died 1905. |
