Body of text  STILL, ALEXANDER, born Peterhead, 17th January 1865, son of Peter S, rector of Peterhead Academy, and Joan Murray; educated at George Watson's School and University of Edinburgh; MA (1886), BD (1888); licensed by Presbytery of Edinburgh 21st May 1888; assistant at West Coates, Edinburgh; ordained to Indian chaplaincy (Allahabad) 24th March 1891; died 30th May 1892. He married 5th February 1891, Christian Anne (without issue), daughter of David Greig, FRCSE.
