The data are transcribed from the book compiled by Charles Prinsep published by Truebner & Co in 1885.

Summary of Service  1801: Writer 1803: Assistant under the Principal Collector of Tanjore. 1806: Assistant under the Principal collector of the Ceded Districts; Register of the Zillah of the Western Division of the Ceded Districts. 1814: Secretary to the Board of Trade and Register of the External Committee; Assistant Judge of Zillah in Coimbatore. 1815: Judge and Magistrate of Zillah of Canara. 1816: Judge and Criminal Judge of Zillah of Salem. 1824: Third Judge of Provincial Court in the Southern Division. 1828: Second Judge of Provincial court in the Southern Division. 1830: First Judge of Provincial Court in the Southern Division. 1831: Acting Third Puisne Judge of the Sudder and Foujdarry Adawlut. 1832: Second Puisne Judge of the Sudder and Foujdarry Adawlut. 1838: First Puisne Judge of the Sudder and Foujdarry Adawlut, and Provincial Member of Council. 1841: Member of Council, and Chief Judge of the Sudder Dewannee and Sudder Foujdarry Adawlut. 1845: Resigned the Service, 30th June in India. (Annuitant on the Fund, 1845) Died, in 1850, at Cheltenham.
