The data are transcribed from the book compiled by Charles Prinsep published by Truebner & Co in 1885.

Summary of Service  1830: Writer. 1833: Doing duty under the Collector of Chingleput. 1834: Assistant to Collector and Magistrate, Chingleput. 1835: Assistant to Principal Collector and Magistrate, Tanjore. 1838: Acting Cashier at Government Bank, and Assistant to Sub-Treasurer, 1841: Commissioner for Government Lotteries, and Acting Sub-Treasurer and Superintendent and Treasurer of Government Bank. 1843: Secretary and Treasurer of the Bank of Madras. 1845: Acting Sub-Treasurer, Director of the Bank of Madras, and Acting Member and Secretary to the mint Committee. 1847: Head and Special Assistant to the Accountant-General. 1848: Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate, North Arcot. 1849: Sub-Treasurer and Member of the Mint Committee, and Director of the Incorporated Bank of Madras. 1859: Accountant-General at Bombay; President of the Mint Committee; and Government Director of the Bank of Bombay. 1865: Resigned the service, 18th February. (Annuitant on the Fund, 1865) Died, 4th February, 1881, in England.
