The data are transcribed from the book compiled by Charles Prinsep published by Truebner & Co in 1885.

Summary of Service  1847: Writer. 1848: Under the Collecotor of Malabar. 1850: Assistant to Collector and Magistrate, Tanjore. 1852: Acting Special Assistant to Collector and Magistrate, Tanjore. 1855: Special Assistant at Tanjore; Officiating Special Assistant to Collector and Magistrate, Coimbatore. 1856: Acting Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate, afterwards Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate, Malabar. 1857: On medical leave to Europe for 24 months. 1858: Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate, Madura; afterwards at Tanjore. 1862: Acting Collector of Tanjore. 1863: Acting Collector and Magistrate, South Canara. 1864: Collector and Magistrate, South Canara. 1865: Collector and Magistrate, and Political Agent at Tanjore. 1866: On special leave for 6 months. 1870: Acting Third Member of the Revenue Board. 1871: Acting Second Member of the Revenue Board; On furlough to Europe. 1873: Retired from service, 15th May. (Annuitant on the Fund.)
