The data are transcribed from the book compiled by Charles Prinsep published by Truebner & Co in 1885.

Summary of Service  1843: Writer. 1844: Assistant to the Principal Collector and Magistrate, Coimbatore. 1847: Acting Head Assistant to the Register to the Court of Sudder and Foujdarry Adawlut, and Acting Secretary to the Madras University and to the College Board; afterwards Acting Head Assistant to Collector and Magistrate , Trichinopoly. 1850: Acting Head Assistant to Collector and Magistrate, Canara. 1852: Head Assistant to Collector and Magistrate, Canara; afterwards Acting Sub-Judge, Mangalore. 1855: Officiating Special Assistant to the Collector, Madras; afterwards Deputy Register to the Court of Sudder and Foujdarry Adawlut, and Tamil translator to Government. 1857: Acting Register to the Court of Sudder and Foujdarry Adawlut. 1859: Register to the High Court of Judicature, Appellate side. 1864: On medical leave to Europe for 16 months. 1865: Civil and Sessions Judge, Salem. 1869: Died, 20 April, in India.
