Entry  Son of George Richardson : born 1741 : educated at Wadham College, Oxford : joined the Middle Temple : his principal work was his Dictionary of Persian, Arabic and English, 1.777, which was based on Meninski's Oriental Thesaurus, printed at Vienna in 1680, and has been several times re-edited and re-issued. He wrote also an Arabic grammar, and edited Persian poetry : was F.S.A. : died about 1811.
