Body of text  RICHARD ANDERSON BAIGRIE, born 31st October 1920 at Edinburgh, son of James A Baigrie and Mary Anderson; educated at Kirkaldy Viewforth Public School 1932-5, High School 1935-9, University of Edinburgh and New College 1939-45, MA (1942); student assistant Kirkaldy 3rd April 1945; ordained by same Presbytery 5th August 1945 and inducted Aden 7th February 1946; translated to Madras St Andrews 24th November 1948. Married 27th June 1945, Jean Fairfull, born 10th December 1922, daughter of Rev. G W F Goodman, and has issue, Jean Catriona, born 11th December 1946 at Sheikh Othman; Sheilagh Alison, born 7th April 1949 at Madras; Richard Stuart, born 26th December 1950 at Madras.
