Indian Languages : editor of Chanda's Prakrit Grammar, Report on the British Collection of Central Asian Antiquities, and numerous contributions to the Journal of the Asiatic Society of Bengal, the Indian Antiquary. etc. : editor of the Bower manuscript : studied archaeology, epigraphy, and palaeography.
