Body of text  WARREN, ANDREW, born Sheffield, 5th January 1877, son of Thomas W and Jennie Foot; educated at Silcoats School and Universities of Manchester and London, BA (1897); became minister of Congregational Church; Principal of Bhawanipore College and Ramsay College, Almora, India; appointed missionary Professor at Scottish Churches' College, Calcutta, 6th March 1917; admitted as licentiate by General Assembly May 1919; ordained by Presbytery of Bengal and Assam 22nd August that year; demitted 1923; assistant at Portobello and locum tenens at Errol 1924; admitted (assistant and successor) to Cameron, Fife, 4th July that year. Married 14th October 1908, Gwynaeth, daughter of Joseph Arthur Lambert and Marian Walsh, and has issue -Thomas, born 24th July 1909; Robert Arthur, born 14th December 1910; Richard Lambert, born 5th March 1916, died 23rd May 1918; Marian Elizabeth, born 3rd June 1919.
