Summary of Service  1828: Writer. 1831: Assistant to Secretary in Revenue Department. 1832: Commissioner for Government Lotteries, and Acting Canarese Translator. 1833: Acting Head Assistant to Principal Collector and Magistrate, Nellore; Assistant and Acting Head Assistant to Principal Collector and Magistrate, North Arcot; Acting Register to the Zillah Court, and Acting First Assistant to the Principal Collector of Nellore. 1834: Head Assistant to Principal Collector and Magistrate, Salem. 1837: Acting Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate, Salem. 1838: Acting Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate at Nellore; Acting Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate of Salem; and Acting Judge and Criminal Judge, Madura. 1840: Acting Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate, Salem. 1841: Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate, Madura. 1842: Acting Judge and Criminal Judge, Madura. 1847: Acting Collector and Magistrate, Trichinopoly. 1849: Civil and Sessions Judge, Cuddapah. 1860: Civil and Sessions Judge, Tinnevelly; Proceeded to Europe on medical certificate. 1861: Civil and Sessions Judge, Honore. 1862: Civil and Sessions Judge, Cuddapah, and at Guntoor. 1865: Resigned the service, 24th January. (Annuitant.) Died, 19th March 1872.
