Summary of Service  1815: Writer. 1818: Second Assistant to the Collector and Magistrate of Canara. 1823: Head Assistant to the Prinvipal Collector and Magistrate of Canara. 1825: Sub-Collector and Assistant Magistrate of Canara. 1826: At home on absentee allowance. 1829: Returned to India per ""David Scott."" 1830: Collector and Magistrate of Chingleput. 1832: Acting Collector of Madras; Member of the Police Committee; Third Judge of the Provincial Court, Southern Division. 1835: Principal Collector and Magistrate of Canara. 1836: Temporary Member of the Board of Revenue; Member of the Maritime Board and Commercial Committee. 1838: Acting Second Member of the Board of Revenue. 1839: Second Member of the Board of Revenue. 1842: On furlough. 1843: Resigned the service, 24th February. (Annuitant on the Fund, 1843) Died, 19th May 1873, in England
