Detail  At Masulipatam, in command of the Northern division of the army, universally and sincerely regretted, Col. Charles Fraser. He had been a solider in the British army upwards of 40 years, 25 of which he was in the service of the East India Company. He has left a disconsolate widow and numerous family to lament him.
