With the Soraon Field Force, under Lieutenant-Colonel Whistler, from March 58. Served with the 1st Oude Police Cavalry with the Army under Lord Clyde during the winter Campaign in Oude, 58. Present at the first attack on the Fort of Tyroul, in Oude, 21st March 58. Medal
