The book contains a useful checklist (as at 1905) of the church's registers from 1680.

Charles Herbert Malden | His first wife Elizabeth died February 14th 1682, his second wife Elizabeth died August 15th 1687, and his son died 2nd September 1688, a year old. This is oly a fragment. The name of Allford's two wives were Elizabeth Mellish, whom he married Nov 10th 1681. She died Feb 14th 1682. In Feb 1683 he married Elizabeth Lott who died 15th August, 1687. In 1688 he married a third wife Elizabeth Brereton. The third Elizabeth survived him and married Mathew Empson in 1693. |
