Summary Remarks  To be sold by public auction, By Dring, Cleland and Co. at their Auction Room (by order of the Executors) The houses and grounds, belonging to the Estate of the late William Chambers, Esq. Lot I - Capital Dwelling House, offices and extensive premises on four biggahs of ground, situated in Old Court House Street, the corner of Ranna Moody Gullys. Lot II â�� Extensive range of workshops to the southward and adjoining to the above, now occupied by Messrs Stewart and Caird, standing on one biggah, five cottahs of ground. Lot III â�� A piece of ground adjoining, and to the eastward of Lot I, containing about a biggah. There are an office and a bungalow on this. It extends from Ranna Moody Gully to Mr Dacre's ground to the southward. Lot IV â�� A piece of ground on the north side of Ranna Moody Gully, opposite the above lot, and adjoining Mr Bailie's premises, containing one biggah, one cottah and four chittacks. Lot V â�� A piece of ground at Manapore, on the banks of the River between Barrackpore and Pultah, with a spacious dwelling House etc. , mostly constructed. The ground measures about 300 biggahs.
