Lot I - Capital Dwelling House, offices and extensive premises on four biggahs of ground, situated in Old Court House Street, the corner of Ranna Moody Gullys. Lot II � Extensive range of workshops to the southward and adjoining to the above, now occupied by Messrs Stewart and Caird, standing on one biggah, five cottahs of ground. Lot III � A piece of ground adjoining, and to the eastward of Lot I, containing about a biggah. There are an office and a bungalow on this. It extends from Ranna Moody Gully to Mr Dacre's ground to the southward. Lot IV � A piece of ground on the north side of Ranna Moody Gully, opposite the above lot, and adjoining Mr Bailie's premises, containing one biggah, one cottah and four chittacks. Lot V � A piece of ground at Manapore, on the banks of the River between Barrackpore and Pultah, with a spacious dwelling House etc. , mostly constructed.
