Body of text  JOHN WILKINSON, born 2nd November 1918 at Derby; educated at Newcastle-upon-Tyne Heaton Grammar School 1930-6, University of Edinburgh 1936-41, and New College 1941-2, 1945-6, MB, ChB (1941), MD (1956), DTM&H (1956), MRCPE (1956); service as medical officer R.A.M.C. In Mediterranean Area 1942-5; licensed by Presbytery of England 19th June 1946; ordained by same Presbytery on appointment to Kenya Mission 18th September 1946; service at Tumutuma. Married 7th January 1949, Jean Farmer, BSc, Dip Ed, born 28th March 1919, daughter of Rev. Professor George Ewan, MA, PhD, of Scottish Church College, Calcutta, and has issue, Agnes Patricia, born 20th November 1949; Alison Joan, born 25th January 1953. Publications- articles in medical and theological journals.
