Service  Captain Obbard served in Bundlecund, 43, 44. During the Punjab Campaign, 49. Present at the mutiny of the Troops at Jullundur, June 57. Accompanied the Pursuing Column when the mutineers had passed Loodianah, and assisted in raising the 21st Punjab Infantry, of which he commanded a Wing, and a Troop of Puthan Cavalry, in the Googaira District, during the rebellion of the Kurals, in October 57.
