Thomas Umpherston versus Cottrell Barrett. Public notice given that on Monday the 27th and Tuesday the 28th Instant will be sold by public outcry on the premises between the hours of 4 and 6 in the afternoon, a House and Grounds situated in Peddeo Naick's Pettah: Viz: On Monday 27th, a House and Ground in Stringer Street, adjoining to the house of the late Mr Robert Pierson. Measuring 60 feet by 20feet. On Tuesday 28th the other House and Ground in John Pareira's Garden Street, between the houses of Dovanampatnam Mocawe and Coossemeycaurah Anthony, measuring 43 feet by 31 feet, being the property of the above named defendant and seized by order of the Honourable Mayor's Court.
