Inscription  In memory of Lieut.-Colonel William Leggatt, retired list, Madras Army, who died 11th May 1874, in the 79th year of his age. ""Be thou faithful unto death and I will give thee a crown of life."" And in loving memory of Mary Ann, widow of Lt.-Col, W. Leggatt, died at Claremont, Ootacamund, 19th March 1885, aged 82.
