	Summary Remarks	From letters received in the last post we hear that Colonel Palmer had advanced on his route to Poona as far as Bilsah, an important town in the Province of Malwa, and his progress has been hindered by the Gracias, who presumably have been tempted by the valuable Jewels which the Colonel has in charge as a present to the Pashwa from the Honourable Company. Bilsah is distant from Poona nearly five hundred miles. The politics of the Poona Durbar still continue to wear a very suspicious appearance.
