Register Entry  At his residence Peace Cot., Madhupur [EI Ry] Rai Bahadur Hemendranath Mitra Bar-at-Law Khandwa [CP] aged 58 son of late Upendranath Mitra famous author of the Law of Limitation passed away peacefully from cerebral apoplexy in the afternoon of the 8th August last. Deeply mourned by his aged mother widow and daughters
