Detail  At sea, Capt. T.M. Dicey, of the Hon. Company's steamer Enterprize. He commanded a transport in the Burmese war, and the Madagascar steamer in the Chinese war, which was burnt in a typhoon, and he suffered a long imprisonment in China. He was for some time Naval Storekeeper at Calcutta.
