Jersey : instructed at the Women's Medical College in Philadelphia : gained a scholarship : took her degree as Doctor of Medicine there, 1886 : appointed Resident Physician to the female ward of the Albert Edward Hospital, Kolapur : her health failed, and she died of consumption at Poona, Feb. 27f 1887 : her body was burnt, and the ashes sent to America to be buried there. |
