Entry  General : son of the Rev. Inigo Jones : born 1808 : entered the Army in 1825 : commanded the 6th Dragoon Guards in the Crimea : in the mutiny commanded a column in action, and a Brigade of cavalry at Bareli : C.B. : also under Sir Colin Campbell at Dunderkera, and in the Trans-Gogra campaign, including several actions and the pursuit of the rebels to the Rapti : became a General in 1877 : died Oct. 7, 1880.
