Body of text  LORNIE, JAMES TAYLOR, born 1888, second son of Peter L, Allanton Schoolhouse, Cambusnethan; educated at University of Edinburgh; MA (1909); licensed by Presbytery of Edinburgh 9th May 1912; assistant at Greenside, Edinburgh; ordained to Cawnpore in 1912; demitted 1915; admitted to Kirkgunzeon 20th August 1918; died 24th January 1923. He married 15th August 1918, Marjorie Agnes, eldest daughter of the Rev George Jackson, Christian Literature Society for India, Edinburgh, and had issue - Isobel, born 12th June 1919 ; James, born 1st December 1920.
