Body of text  RENNIE, JOHN YULE, born Monikie, 10th December 1892, son of William R and Helen Henderson; educated at Montrose Academy and University of St Andrews; MA (1915), BD (1920), BLitt (1920); served as air mechanic with RFC 2nd March 1916 to 28th February 1919; licensed by Presbytery of Fordoun August 1919; ordained (by Presbytery of Edinburgh) to Indian chaplaincy 18th July, and posted to Karachi 9th December 1920. Married 8th October 1922, Janet McQueen, daughter of Thomas Johnston and Margaret McQueen.
