Register Entry  At his residence Konap Drift on Tuesday 28th Nov Mr George Tomlinson aged 55 years. Deceased was well known to the military and inhabitants of the frontier as the proprietor of the spiritedly-conducted Inn which bears his name. He cam to this colony among the British Settlers of 1820 and has ever since maintained the character of a brave an upright and an intelligent man. A few years since though a remarkably powerful man he was suddenly seized with paralysis from which time his physical powers rapidly failed him until they terminated in death as above stated. He leaves a widow to mourn her irreparable bereavement and a large circle of attached acquaintance to mourn the loss of a warm-hearted friend and valuable member of society
