Summary of Service  1839: Writer. 1840: Assistant to Principal Collector and Magistrate, Nellore. 1841: Acting Head Assistant to Principal Collector and Magistrate, Guntoor. 1842: Head Assistant to Principal Collector and Magistrate, Masulipatam. 1845: Proceeded to Europe on furlough. 1847: Assistant to Collector and Magistrate, North Arcot. 1848: Head Assistant to Collector and Magistrate, Trichinopoly. 1850: Acting Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate, Cuddapah. 1851: Acting Sub-Judge, afterwards Sub-Judge, Cuddapah. 1852: Acting Civil and Sessions Judge, Chittoor. 1857: Acting Civil and Sessions Judge, Tinnevelly. 1858: Acting Collector and Magistrate, Madura; Additional Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate, Canara; Acting Collector and Magistrate, Salem. 1859: Collector and Magistrate, Bellary. 1863: On medical leave to England for 12 months. Died, 17th April 1866, in India.
