Summary of Service  1817: Writer. 1819: Assistant to the Secretary to the Board of Revenue; Register of the Zillah of Nellore. 1820: Assistant to the Collector and Magistrate of the Northern Division of Arcot. 1823: Head Assistant to the Principal Collector and Magistrate of the Southern Division of Arcot. 1828: At home on absentee allowance. 1831: Returned to India. 1832: Sheriff of Madras. 1833: Judge and Criminal Judge of Canara. 1835: Collector and Magistrate of Guntoor and Acting Collector of Rajahmundry. 1836: Collector and Magistrate of Rajahmundry. 1838: Collector and Magistrate of Masulipatam. Died, 25th May 1842, at Masulipatam.
