Summary of Service  1835: Writer: 1836: Assistant to Principal Collector and Magistrate, Malabar. 1839: Acting Head Assistant to Principal Collector and Magistrate, Tanjore. 1840: Head Assistant to Principal Collector and Magistrate, Tanjore. 1843: Head Assistant to Principal Collector and Magistrate, Malabar. 1847: Acting Sub-Judge, Mangalore. 1848: Proceeded to Europe on furlough. 1851: Acting Sub-Judge, Calicut; Head Assistant to Collector and Magistrate, Madura; subsequently Sub-Judge, Calicut. 1855: Acting Civil and Sessions Judge, Salem; later, at Madura. 1856: Acting Civil and Sessions Judge, Calicut. 1857: Civil and Sessions Judge, Calicut. 1866: Civil and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore. 1868: On furlough to Europe for two years. 1870: Resigned the service, 189th September. (Annuitant.) Died, 16th June 1882, in England.
