Summary of Service  1812: Writer. 1816: Assistant to the Secretary in the Military Department. 1819: At home. 1823: Returned to India; assistant to the Chief Secretary to Government. 1826: Register to the Sudder and Foujdarry Adawlut. 1828: Judge and Criminal Judge of Nellore. 1832: Second Judge of the Provincial Court, Northern Division. 1834: Second Judge of the Provincial Court, Centre Division. 1836: Acting Principal Collector and Magistrate of Cuddapah. 1838: Acting First Judge of the Provincial Court, Centre Division. 1839: Second Judge of the Provincial Court of Appeal and Circuit, Centre Division. 1840: First Judge of the Provincial Court of Appeal and Circuit, Centre Division. 1842: Third Judge, afterwards Second Judge, of the Sudder Dewannee and Sudder Foujdarry Adawlut. 1844: Resigned the service, 3d December, in India. (Annuitant on the Fund, 1845) Died, 31st May 1849, at Ootacamund.
