Summary of Service  1818: Writer: 1823: Assistant to the Collector and Magistrate of Chingleput. 1825: Register of the Zillah of Canara. 1826: Head Assistant to the Principal Collector and Magistrate of Malabar. 1829: At home on absentee allowance. 1831: Returned to India, ""La Belle Alliance"". 1832: Acting Secretary to the College of Public Instruction; Collector and Magistrate of Trichinopoly. 1838: Acting Principal Collector and Magistrate of Canara. 1839: Principal Collector and Magistrate of Canara. 1846: Proceeded on furlough. 1847: Resigned the service. (Annuitant on the Fund, 1847) Died, 16th October 1880.
