Summary of Service  1825: Writer; Temporary Sub-Collector of Vizagapatam. 1827: Assistant to Principal Collector of South Arcot. 1828: Head Assistant to the Principal Collector of South Arcot. 1833: Temporary Sub-Collector of Vizagapatam. 1836: Acting Judge and Criminal Judge of Chicacole. 1837: Acting Collector and Magistrate of Vizagapatam. 1838: Collector and Magistrate of Vizagapatam. 1840: Collector and Magistrate of Vizagapatam, and Agent to Governor. 1846: Resigned the Service, 16th April. 1858: Member of Council of the Secretary of State for India. Died, 11th December, 1874, in England.
