Register Entry  On the 12th instant, Mr Vinoo Shunker, a very distinguished member of the shenvi community, departed this life at the age of 77, leaving a large family and numerous friends to bemoan his loss. He served the Government with great efficiency and integrity for the long period of 50 years, the greater part of the period as head clerk in the Custom House. He is universally regretted as few or none surpassed him in goodness of heart, suavity of manners and gentleness of disposition.
