Notes:  Lieutenant Finnis died at Taudil, South America, 22 Nov 1868. (Times, 23 Jan 1869). Mrs Finnis, born 25 Dec 1841, died 11 Jan 1925. Mrs Finnis re-married, 19 Apr 1871, to W. H. Toomer Esq., of Grove House, Twyford, Berks. (Mr Toomer died 30 Jan 1905.) She then married again, 3 Oct 1911, to Mr. Henry Davis. (Mr Davis died 19 Aug 1913) . Mrs Davis's pension was then paid to Miss Flora May Toomer.
