Detail  Belonged to the EIMS Latham, d at Bengal Hospital, Mar 1783. Limited admon to Thomas Nugent. Both deceased & Nugent were from Edgeworth town, co. Longford, & both were messmates on the Latham. On a voyage to the East Indies the deceased became ill with consumption. About 8 days before his death he said that he wanted to make a will. John Sherman the clerk of the ship prepared a will naming Nugent as the executor & residuary legatee. On his return to London he shipped with the MS June & left the will with Patrick Cunningham. On Nugent's return he asked for the will but it had been mislaid... £100, Pts
