The admon said that he d 18 Nov last without a parent, to John Lee [of Doctors Commons, LLD, Estate Duty Registers] the brother. Deceased had left India in 1822 � in a weak state of health and being doubtful whether he should be able to bear the fatigue of the voyage to England�. He arrived about Oct 1822. He mentioned to Louisa Fiott, spr. one of his sisters that he had left a testamentary disposition in the hands of Messrs. Griffiths & Co. his agents at Madras but did not state its contents or if an executor had been appointed. A search had been made among his papers and enquiry made of his bankers, Messrs.
