Joshua Baker the brother & Margaret Cooke (wife of Francis Cooke) the sister having renounced & James Cowie, Margaret Cowie, spr., & George Cowie, minors, & Mary Cowie spr. an infant the nephews & nieces & with the said Joshua Baker & Margaret Cooke the only persons entitled having also renounced by the said Joshua Baker their uncle & guardian. Further grant 16 Jan 1764 to Margaret Cooke the sister, she having renounced the renunciation.
