Detail  FOREIGN. At Paltoopeni, in Ceylon, while on a shooting excursion, 23, Henry John St. John, esq. third son of Gen. the Hon. Frederick St. John, and nephew of Earl Craven and Visc. Bolingbroke and St. John. He had recently arrived in Ceylon, having been appointed on the Civil Service of that Colony.
