Detail  On a visit to the seat of Capt. Phillips, at Bringwyn, near Hereford, Lieut. Rideout, of the Hereford Militia. After suffering much hardship in India, while a prisoner to Tippoo Saib, he fortunately escaped, and reached his native country, where his amiable manners and open generous conduct deservedly gained him the esteem and regret of his relations and numerous friends.
