Detail  Lately, at Calcutta, Major General Ogle, after a service of 35 year. The General was at the reduction of the Havannah, and in every action with that victorious army during the course of the war. In March, 1783, he went out to India as major to the 52d regiment, and, on his arrival there, succeeded to the rank of Maj. Gen.
