Detail  In Downing-street, in a fit of apoplexy, in his 46th year, William W. Langford, esq. eldest surviving son of the late Rev. Dr. Langford, and for many years his Majesty's Consol-general at Tripoli. This gentleman was in the very act of writing to engage his passage to the Mauritius (to the civil service of which Island he was appointed), when the sudden stroke of death removed him from this transitory scene.
