Detail  ABROAD. On his passage from India, Col. Kelly, 24th regiment. This gentleman had distinguished himself in the service of his country in America, in Egypt, in the Peninsula where he was severely wounded, and lastly in the Nepaul war. He was on his return to England for the recovery of his health.
