The charges of the last dispatches transmitted from Constantinople, on the 22nd of April last, amounted to the sum of 21l 10 s 6 d, which, with the annual salary, makes in the whole 71l 10 s 10d. Mr Barbauld succeeds Mr Humphries as agent for the Company, and the mercantile house is now carried on under the firm of Barbauld and Co. |
