This gentleman, whose house was in the Rules of the King's Bench Prison, had been a prisoner the last 22 years, at the suit of Lady Strathmore� [born Stoney, assumed name of Bowes on marriage to the late Countess of Strathmore, from whom he separated. Account of his colourful life, including 5 children by a lady only 15 years old when he met her, whose father was a fellow prisoner. ""His only legitimate son, by Lady Strathmore, viz.
