Detail  FOREIGN. At sea, 30, Capt. Thos. Borrodaile, of the Hon. Company's ship Inglis, after a long illness, with which he was attacked on leaving China. He fell a victim to a scrupulous attention to his duty, in opposition to the advice of his medical and professional friends, and to the anxiety arising from his ship getting a-shore in the Straits of Banca, in December last.
