Robert Wegg clerk & William Rackham two of the executors of the said John Wegg, George Horatio Wegg & Samuel Wegg the brothers & only other next of kin, & Jane Wegg, spr., Eliza Wegg, spr., & Rachel Wegg spr. the nieces survived but d without taking admon, John Wegg the nephew & the only other person entitled was cited but in no wise appeared, £5000, Pts
